In 2010 Translink initially engaged People Management Solutions to develop and deliver Investigator Skills training for our Bus Division. Since this we have worked closely with them to develop bespoke management and leadership development programmes for Front Line Managers and Inspectors.
In addition to this People Management Solutions have provided Recruitment & Selection and Dignity at Work Training across all our divisions over the past 4 years.
All the programmes have received very positive feedback and the practical follow through has been excellent both in relation to on the job skills and behaviour as well as accelerated development within talent groups. We have observed positive changes in management styles and behaviours in staff who attended these programmes.
They are a dedicated and professional team who positively respond to our requirements, often at short notice. We continue to partner with People Management Solutions on our talent development programmes and look forward to seeing the roll out of our Supervisory Development programme in May 2015.
