What's Your Role?

I am an Associate Consultant with People Management Solutions and a self employed HR and Training Consultant. I support clients designing and delivering their learning and development agenda as well as coaching and outplacement support both on a one to one or group level. I am also experienced in delivering a wide range of HR projects across many sectors and industries.


Outline Your Experience

I’ve 19 years experience working within the field of HR and Training. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, I had a career operating in the field of Human Resources and Training, at a strategic and operational level across the private and voluntary sectors before embarking on a self-employed journey for the past 9 years. My areas of professional experience cover training and development, coaching, outplacement support and HR Consultancy. I have partnered with family owned businesses, SME’s , public sector and multinationals to deliver challenging objectives.

I believe that I bring a genuine and empathetic approach to my training delivery with the understanding that clients value a ‘down to earth’ style of engagement, driving the empowerment of others to realise their full potential.. I strive to bring focus to the ‘real priority issues’ relevant to each organisation and my focus is adding value to both the organisation and individuals themselves continuously striving to build on-going partnerships and long term relationships.


When you’re not at work, where might we find you?

I’m a mum of three girls……..so I’m very busy as you can imagine. Our entire household is passionate about festival irish dancing so between helping teach at their dancing classes, twice a week, adjudicating festivals and running to competitions all over the country I am never off the road. I try to squeeze in gym classes and try to get outside at all opportunities…..but I’m definitely at the bottom of the priority list!
