Bronze Service – HR Outsourcing Northern Ireland

The Bronze Service has been developed to:

• Provide you with a HR Specialist who can help you make decisions based on a thorough understanding of employment legislation.
• Provide you with access to up to date employment information.
• Provide you with a highly cost-effective HR telephone advisory service.

The Bronze Service includes:

• Access to our telephone advisory service where your HR Specialist is available to offer practical advice on employment issues.
• Email correspondence.
• Remote / on-site working HR support for 2 hours every month (this can be used for example to develop contracts of employment, a Staff Handbook or to carry out disciplinary meetings). Note: if the 2 hours is not used it will roll over to the following month up until the end of the calendar year.
