What's Your Role?
I am a Director at People Management Solutions which means I do a bit of everything from working with small organisations to put basic best practice HR in place to working with larger multi-nationals on specific HR projects. My job is to think big as long as I look after the detail.
Outline Your Experience
I’ve worked in Northern Ireland with some of the leading, some of the smallest and some of the coolest companies. My background is over 20 years in HR. I particularly enjoy the variety of working and building strong relationships with some of our SMEs as well as the challenge of resolving the complex workplace disputes that I often face.
What makes you Different?
I’m as comfortable working with small organisations as I am with multi-nationals. I guess you could say I’m a bit of a jack of all trades….. but I’d say I’m multi-talented.
When you’re not at work, where might we find you?
At home working, out running or being a taxi driver for my two teenagers. And when there is ‘me’ time, like most females, wine and chocolate are my vices!
